Where can I see what video cards are in the Rig?
On the Rig's screen there is a Configuration button, when you click on it, it opens a window where you can see all the maps installed in the Rig.
Where and how do I install the Rigs in the Rack?
First you need to buy a Rack on the Marketplace. If you already have a Rack and at least one fully assembled Rig you need to go to the Data center section by clicking on the video card icon in the bottom menu. In the Data center you will see the Rack. By clicking on the Rack you will be forwarded to a screen with a Rack, where directly under it is an add button, when you click on the add button it will open a window with all available rigs. In order to put the Rig in the Rack you need to tick the necessary Rigs and click Install.
Can I configure a fully stacked, ready made Rack/Container?
Yes, in the Data Center section, click on the installation you want to configure. In the opened window, you will see the installed rigs under the rack or container. Scroll right to the Rack/Container settings card, where you can change the name or set a different coin, as well as activate Boost.
The Payment timer does not work
1. Check if your account is set up correctly for mining and receiving payouts.
2. Restart the application and check the coin payout timer again.
3. If you still cannot find the coin payout timer, then you should contact the app's support team for further assistance.
Note: It may be necessary to provide the support team with details such as the exact error message and any steps taken to resolve the problem.
Boost is not activated
Boost is only available if you have 6 GPUs installed in the case. Also check if you have a coin and energy installed on the Rig. If you have fulfilled all the conditions to activate Boost, but the function also remains unavailable, it is worth trying the following steps:
1. Check if the button is covered by another window or item.
2. Check if the unit is connected to a stable mains supply.
3. Restart the application and try pressing the button again.
4. Check if the device's screen is unresponsive and if restarting the device helps.
5. Try using the app on another device.
6. If you are still unable to press the button, then you should contact the app support for further assistance.
I can't install the energy
You may have already reached your Rig energy limit, which is 10,000k/Watt. If there is still room to replenish energy, it is worth trying the following steps:
1. Check if the button is covered by another window or item.
2. Check if the unit is connected to a stable mains supply.
3. Restart the application and try pressing the button again.
4. Check if the device's screen is unresponsive and if restarting the device helps.
5. Try using the app on another device.
6. If you are still unable to press the button, then you should contact the app support for further assistance.
